Meet Our Team
Hollis Anderson - Licensed Massage Therapist, Instructor

Hollis has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, and is a graduate of the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts. She believes there is a massage for every body and every body should not have the same massage. Hollis creates treatments that are specific and unique for each person and experience. From deep tissue, sports massage, injury rehabilitation to Thai massage, hot stone and cranial sacral therapy, a treatment from Hollis often is a blending many modalities. She is confident with many health concerns including people living with cancer, post surgical, cardiac issues, pre/post natal, and post accident treatments. 

Jillian Kaplan - Licensed Massage Therapist

Jillian graduated from the American Institute of Massage Therapy, in south Florida.  She moved to Tucson after 10 years of being a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida to be with family and to experience what Tucson has to offer.  She believes in therapeutic massage, never giving the same massage twice, and striving to give the body what it needs. Jillian loves sports massage, shiatsu, deep tissue/structural,  reflexology, and so much more.  Other than massage, teaching people about their bodies and how they work is also a passion. Prevention of pain can be achieved!  

Juan Noriega - Licensed Massage Therapist

Juan Noriega is a skilled and caring practioner specializing in a wide variety of massage modailities including Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation, Reflexology, Pre-Natal, and Hot Stone Massage. Juan is a graduate of the Desert Institute of Healing Arts, class of 2005. 

Chris Noriega - Licensed Massage Therapist

Chris Noriega graduated in 2012 from Cortiva's Extended Massage Therapy Program, after studying various massage modailities in China and India for several years. Chris is a skilled martial arts practitioner and is currently testing for his certification in nutrition, fitness, life stlye consulting and group fitness. Chris blends his extensive knowledge of the human body and wellness practices to create a unique healing experience. 

Janelle Russell - Licensed Massage Therapist

Janelle graduated from Cortiva's extended program in 2013. She has been a certified Zumba® Fitness Instructor for over two years. She is currently pursuing her Holistic Wellness Practitioner diploma with a focus on holistic nutrition and hypnotherapy. Janelle especially enjoys working with post-operative scar tissue and injury management. Her favorite part of massage is when clients leave feeling better than they walked in. 

Katie Hagan - Licensed Esthetician

Katie is a graduate of Pure Aesthetic Natural Skin Care School. She fell in love with the beauty of skin care and how it can integrate the mind, body, and soul. Through her passion and education, Katie is excited to bring her knowledge of skincare to Transcend.

Yvette Glinski - Licensed Massage Therapist
Denise Steffen - Licensed Massage Therapist

Denise graduated from the 1,000 hour program at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in 2000. While in school, Denise studied Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage. Following graduation, Denise continued her training through numerous continuing education seminars which included Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki, and Body Wraps. Denise's treatments include a combination of massage techniques and energy work to facilitate the body's ability to heal.

Gena DiPrinzio - Licensed Esthetician

Gena DiPrinzio graduated from the Tucson College of Beauty in 2004 and offers professional skin care services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, back treatments, and waxing. Gena specializes in acne treatment and eyebrow shaping. Practicing out of Transcend Massage & Wellness Spa, Gena is successfully growing her private practice and hopes to have the opportunity to bring out your best today! Whitney Morgan - Acupuncture

Whitney is licensed by the Arizona Acupuncture Board of Examiners and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She graduated from the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine where she focused her studies on five element acupuncture, the treatment of psycho-emotional disorders, pain management and nutritional counseling. Whitney is passionate about helping people achieve their healthiest state of being and believes that true health must involve both body and spirit. This is why acupuncture can be such an effective healing modality; it accesses the deepest energies that influence a person's emotional and physical vitality.

Rochelle Reea - Alexander Technique

For more than thirty-three years, Rochelle Reea has been exploring her passion for excellence in movement and mind/body coordination. After studying dance and performing at Temple University and the University of Arizona, she devoted three full time years at the Urbana School for the Alexander Technique to become a certified teacher in 1981.  

She also studied the Dart Procedures with Joan and Alex Murray which are based on the work of Dr. Raymond Dart. The Procedures are a developmental sequence of human movement from infancy to uprightness. They are an important part of the understanding and practice of the Alexander Technique.

Rochelle teaches people of many ages, professions, and physical conditions how to regain the proper use of the body, eliminate pain, prevent and recover from injury, and perform at their best. She has developed Movement Mastery Programs for universities, leading massage schools, real estate franchises, spas, and health facilities, and has collaborated successfully with chiropractors, osteopaths, dentists, physical therapists, and weight trainers.

Her special gift is her ability to help others achieve peak performance through the application of the principles and practices of the Alexander Technique. Sales consultants and management teams, professional athletes, martial artists, performance artists, equestrians, health professionals, and public speakers are delighted to discover that Rochelle can guide them to breakthrough levels of performance and joy in movement.

Patrick Moore - Instructor

Patrick's love for science, nature, and spirituality has been apparent since childhood. He attended the legendary Brian Utting School of Massage from 1992-94 in Seattle, and has since completed over two thousand hours of continuing education in Cranio Sacral, Osteopathic Technique, Medical Massage, Healing Energy, and Therapeutic Relationship. He has published articles related to the Melting Muscles technique in Massage&Bodywork magazine and Massage Therapy Journal, has published numerous online articles and is working on an upcoming novel.

Sandra Anderson - Instructor

Sandra K. Anderson has a BA, and certification in massage therapy, shiatsu, and Thai massage. She has been a bodywork educator for 20, instructing at the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts and Cortiva in Tucson, AZ. Currently, in addition to seeing clients, Sandy creates and conducts continuing education workshops, and serves on the AMTA Arizona Chapter Board. She is author of The Practice of Shiatsu and co-author, with Patricia M. Holland, of Chair Massage and Communication & Ethics for Bodywork Practitioners, co-author, with Ann L. Mihina, of Natural Spa and Hydrotherapy, and co-author, with Jean'e L. Freeman of Career Longevity: The Bodywork Practitioner's Guide to Wellness & Body Mechanics. 

Shane Parker - Instructor

Shane Parker has over 1000 hours of massage therapy education and is a graduate and previous employee of The Providence Institute in Tucson, Arizona. Shane's mission as a massage therapist is to fulfill the needs and wants of his clients by combining creativity with a willingness to adjust the practice and approach as necessary. Shane has taken several continuing education courses including Heidi Wilson's Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Technique,Eric Dalton's MyoSkeletal Alignment Technique for Cervical and Lumbar dysfunction. He has studied Alexander Technique and David Morin's Medical Massage therapy for thoracic dysfunction. Shane looks forward to bringing his experience and education to Transcend!

Stacy Enriquez - Instructor

Stacy Enriquez is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 1,000 hours of training from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts - Cortiva Institute. Some of her training includes Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work therapy, sports massage, myofacial release, injury management and rehabilitation, lymphatic drainage, lymphedema protocol for cancer patients, pre/post natal massage, hot stones, body wraps and scrubs. Stacy is also an experienced doula and enjoys bringing her deep understanding of pregnancy and pre-natal massage technique to her fellow massage therapists.

Dr. Don Chatfield - Instructor

Dr. Don Chatfield graduated from the Fielding Graduate University with a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. His doctoral studies included research into human learning and motivation. He completed Hypnotherapy studies at the Wesland Institute. A certified hypnotherapist, he is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and is board certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Dr. Chatfield works with clients to identify old, ineffective habits and replace them with healthier patterns, bringing a perceptive and caring approach to his work.

Kristy Harvey - Spa Director, Certified Yoga Instructor, Lecturer

Kristy Harvey is a Movement Educator who moved to Tucson from Charlottesville, VA. She is the former Administrative Director of the Mindfulness Center at the University of Virginia. In addition to being a licensed Brown Belt Nia Instructor, she is also a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. She recently published her first book, Mindfulness On the Move. Kristy will be overseeing the daily operations of Transcend Massage & Wellness Spa, and she is here to make sure your experience at Transcend is one that promotes relaxation and well-being.
